So we're kicking off 2017 with a special episode.

We're coming out with our regular one on Tuesday, etc, etc.

But I wanted to do this because, number one,

it's a brand new year and I really do hope that together we can figure out how to lead like never

before again in 2017 I'm going to keep growing you're going to keep growing and so we

thought we'd start with your questions and we've been stockpiling them for a while now and I'm

going to answer as many questions as I can in this bonus episode but we're

also doing it because we're celebrating a milestone that's right did you know that two weeks ago we hit 2 million

downloads of this podcast? I mean that's crazy you guys have been so generous

and sharing it and letting your friends and other leaders know.

And that happened kind of fast because just about seven months ago we celebrated one million

downloads and it took us like almost two years to get there, 20 months to get there, and then a few months later, here we are at 2 million.

And so we wanted to stop to say thank you, and we're going to do that in two ways.

I'm going to answer as many questions as I can in this bonus episode because you keep sending questions.
