My name is Carrie Newhoff. And I hope our time together today helps you lead like never before. I am so thrilled to have this conversation come to your earbuds. This is Gavin Adams this week. He is the lead pastor of Woodstock City Church.

Formerly, Watermark Church has been there for a number of years and just seen explosive

growth. And it's actually, I think right now the fastest growing campus at North Point. I mean they've got over 8,000 people coming on a weekly basis which is crazy and

Gavin's been leading exceptionally however I caught him at the

tail end of a 30-day sabbatical I mean he was tired from leadership and we had

talked for a while before the mics, you know, were on and then we just had a totally like, you know, not that any of this is scripted, but like we just hadn't planned to talk about his sabbatical and everything you learned and we did. So the first part of this conversation is just amazing.
