Well, hey, everybody, and welcome to another bonus episode here celebrating the second anniversary of

the podcast that's right it was two years ago this week that we launched this thing

and man has it ever been a fun journey and of course you guys have made it the best and that's

sort of the goal right we want to help you lead like never before so we are

answering your questions for an entire week with shorter episodes and that's what I'm doing today.

So if you're listening to this, the day of release, it is Friday, September the 9th,

which means the Orange Tour is kicked off.

So if you're anywhere near Atlanta, I look forward to

connecting with you. This year on the Orange Tour I'm going to be doing some

leader lunches, so if you're a senior leader, I would love to have lunch with you in
