I've been excited about this episode for a while. My guest today is Andrew Bright and he is actually a comedian he is with

the panic squad improv team and I met him at a conference you'll hear about it in

Seattle earlier this year, and we were talking at lunch, and I just thought, man, I would love to just sit down and pick your brain about comedy. So we did a little bit, but what was really interesting is how much

the rules of improv which I've always been interested in are actually great

rules of leadership so it was a bit of a set of surprise insights that came my way

during this interview. So I think you're going to love it. It's just going to make you a
