Well, hey everybody, and welcome to episode 101 of the podcast. My name is Carrie New Hoff and I hope our time together today helps you lead like never before.

Today you're going to meet Lee Kreacher. Lee came up to Toronto and we spent about an hour together had a great conversation and I think about probably 90% of you are going to love this why 90% because 90% of you that's my very unscientific estimate,

are trying to turn around a church.

That's what you're trying to do just statistically.

And if you planted a church like me at some point,

you're going to have to change it.

And Lee did both over 40 years ago he planted a church he let it for

about I think 13 14 years stepped away went into corporate came back to the

church and had really gotten stuck.

And so he had the job of kind of rescuing it from the ditch

and turning it around.

And then even as an older leader, really turning it around for the next generation.

It's done an incredible job.
