Well, hey everybody and welcome to the podcast.

My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time

together today helps you lead like never before. And man if you've ever been

time-crunched you're gonna love today. My guest today is one of my very very good friends.

Guy I've gotten to know very well over the last three years.

In fact, he came up to Canada on other stuff, hung out for a couple of extra days,

and we recorded this right here at my house so it was a lot of fun. His

name's Frank Beeler and he is one of the senior leaders at elevation church in

Charlotte, North Carolina, along with Stephen Fertick and an incredible team there and Frank has just become a guy

that I just really connected with we talk all the time text you know on a regular

basis and hang out whenever we get a chance to and Frank is one of the highest

capacity leaders I know I mean you'll hear some of his story and I'm always like I

thought I was busy and then I met Frank and so what I said to Frank he was back on the

podcast well pretty early in sort of the whole scheme of things I think he's episode 20 and I said to Frank man next time you come on I just want to deconstruct you and so that didn't quite go as planned you'll hear about that later in the interview but man if you've ever wondered how to get more done or how
