We got something real special coming down the pipe for you next week, but man so glad you're here do you know the reality is that the vast majority of church leaders lead small

churches and nothing wrong with that I think it's amazing I've let a

small church I've let a larger church I mean

everything starts small and sometimes in your context like that sort of the

story it's just going to be you know not a 10,000 person church or a

thousand person church and I know that

actually the majority of listeners to this podcast lead in that context and that's

why in everything we do we try to make sure it's applicable across the boards. I know there's a lot of

business leaders. There's some mega church leaders who listen and large church

leaders and lots and lots of small church leaders. And today my guest
