to this week's guest Larry Osborne. He is the senior pastor of

North Coast Church in California. Fascinating guy. First time we actually

met was for the interview on this

podcast but I got to tell you I just loved it and one of the things I loved about

Larry is he's been at this almost four decades and he has the passion of a

25 year old but the wisdom of somebody who's done this for a few decades

So you're gonna love it you probably know him from his book sticky teams and sticky church and the sticky church conference and all that.

He's had a very prominent, very successful ministry, but so humble, so grounded and some fascinating

sort of background to how his church got started and why it took so long to grow.

But some great insights on whether you can close the back door to your church and how to do that.

And also on how to align your team just great stuff so
