Well, hey everybody and welcome to the podcast.

My name is Carrie Newhoff, and I hope our time together today helps you lead like never before.

Man, one of the things that I've just become fascinated about is just how do you grow a church?

How do you scale it? And having been through some of that myself I got to tell you it's a real

challenge as a leader and that's why I think you're gonna absolutely love the conversation I had today with

rusty George rusty is the lead pastor of real life church in California and I actually this is kind of fun I just got back from hanging out with him

Recently we'd never met I interviewed him months ago for the podcast and he turned out to be at a gathering that I was at this week

So we got to hang out have dinner together. It was a lot of fun so now we're buds which is which is great and I think you will be by the time you're done with with

rusty as well also hey I just want to say thank you so much because we record these

things in advance to those of you who took some great selfies and shot me some video about how you listen to the

podcast and so all of you on long long tractors commutes and like I never thought

about this as a guy but some of you want to be in particular

listens while you put on your makeup in the morning.
