Allow all. and allow all those distractions, that's thoughts, to dissolve as you breathe out. Draw in another deep breath, and come into the center of you. Letting your mind open,

and your body relax. Oh, Oh, See if you can imagine.

Lying on a bed of fall leaves. A bed of beautiful orange, red and golden leaves. And while you're lying there with eyes closed,

feel the coolness of autumn's air.

Kiss your cheeks until they're rosy. Now imagine opening your eyes and looking up at the vast blue sky.

The sky the color of star sapphires and cornflowers. The And while gazing at the sky, you notice an amber sun that seems to shimmer in the center

center of this magnificent sky. A single marshmallow cloud catches your eye. The cloud floats for a bit and seems to transform into animals,

a dark, a rhino, all before your eyes. The And as you're watching, the clouds slowly starts to disperse, with pieces being pulled in different directions.

And for a moment,

for a moment you connect with the cloud.

Understanding being pulled in different directions

until you no longer feel whole. Yeah, the cloud dissipates with beauty and grace.

Naturally, naturally melding into the sky and becoming one with the something greater than itself. For a moment you may feel a tinge of frustration or stress.

Just breathe and allow it to pass.

So you can be yourself, just like the cloud. Draw in another breath. And imagine that every time you feel pulled apart, you transform.
