Hey, so we have 81 days between now and the end of the year and the question I'm asking you everybody at all these events is what are you committed to?

The real context is on January 15th, what do you want your business to look like? Think about it. You

and I have both started the new year one of two ways certainly in our careers where we

started out just on fire gangbusters tons of opportunities all kinds of things we were working on

We felt we were really in momentum because we did the work we were supposed to do in the fourth quarter.

And we both started out where it just starts out bleak

that I challenge you to do the things we're talking about

at our roadmap event, which is very simple.

You got to find out amount of time.

You got to focus on revenue,

and you got to close the loop on the 6% of the people

in your phone that are gonna transact in 2025.

How are you going to close the loop between now and the end of the year?

How many text messages can you send? How many emails can you send to find the hand races?

The people that want to know how much the equity went up? They want to know, hey, I want to know how's the market in 2025,

what's the forecast. We also know that we can typically experience a 15% drop in transactions

for that sort of four to five days, 45 days, excuse me, kind of October

through a little bit of November because of the election cycle. So if you don't close

the loop, if you don't send the text, if you don't do the emails, if you don't make the calls, if you don't reach out to your own database, the data actually shows for every listing you take, you lose 3 to 5. You lose it because you don't do the work but I also

want you to win the weeks that everyone else loses by really committing to do the

work so you start next year the right way and you close the loop on the 6% and you learn all of that business.
