| 1:43.0 | And I think one of the misconceptions about suicide is that by bringing it up, it'll, like, inspire it. |
| 1:51.0 | But it actually research shows it's the opposite, and the more people are able to talk about their feelings, the more they're able to kind of, like, root in reality of your life is valuable. |
