broadcasting behind enemy lines. Tonight's episode, Class Action Against the Church

exclamation point. Today's date is Thursday, November 2nd, 2023.

It was two days ago on October 31st, 2023 that a class action lawsuit was filed against

the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Now, to my knowledge, there has not been, at least in recent memory,

with all the flurry of lawsuits that have been filed against the church. I am not aware of a

class action having been filed. And that is significant because if, well, first off, there's

going to be a motion from the church to dismiss. And if that is denied, then there's going to be an argument about

who constitutes the class of people. In other words, who is it who can claim they were

injured or damaged monetarily by the LDS Church in a certain amount within a certain time period and

because of a certain reason. So that's going to have to take place. And once that's done,

then I would expect in the coming months and perhaps even a little bit longer than that,

these things can take time that we will be seeing commercials on TV, reading about ads and perhaps the newspaper on TV, announcing this lawsuit, and it's a class action, because they're going to be trying to accumulate within the class as many people as will fit within the class.

Okay.

So let me put this up on the screen and let's see what it is that they're alleging and what the parameters that they are proposing for the class to be here we go now let me see here
