Tonight's episode, Part 4 of Breaking Silence, examining five women's claims against Tim Ballard. This is the fourth and final

episode in this series in which we are reviewing the statements of five women who filed the

initial lawsuit. I believe it was on October 9th, 2003. Today's date is October 27th,

2003. So still just earlier this month that this lawsuit was filed against Tim Ballard,

five women have sued him.

And they are represented by attorneys who filed the lawsuit

and also included as attachments or exhibits to the lawsuit statements from each of the five women.

Now, I'm not going in order on these.

Exhibit A is WW.

I had to skip around a little bit because in the original filing,

they did not have the statement from the second woman.

Instead, they replicated Exhibit A from WW twice,

and they left out entirely a statement from DS.

But thanks to my audience, a copy of this statement was located and it was sent to me,

and that is going to allow me to review this statement, this final statement today.

The reason that there are four parts to this and five women's statements is because in an earlier episode, I reviewed two statements and in one episode. So let me go ahead and put this up on the screen. Here's the statement. Exhibit B by D.S. D.S. a statement regarding Operation Underground Railroad. She starts with a summary.

Many, many, many times he touched me in sexual ways, though not always close to private parts,

but definitely trying to create a sexual connection by the words he spoke and the ways he touched.

We are left to presume from this that she's talking about Tim Bauer.
