Tonight's episode, new claims against Tim Ballard.

Yes, this has to do with the original lawsuit that was filed against Tim Ballard.

We've got so many lawsuits in the news that I want to make sure we're on board with what I'm talking about.

I just got done with the last episode yesterday talking about a new class action against the LDS Church, which has nothing to do with Tim Ballard.

This has to do with the cases filed against Tim Ballard,

not against the church, at least not as of yet.

So we have two cases that are filed against Tim Ballard.

There is the first case, which involves five women,

plaintiffs who claim various things against Tim Ballard. There is the first case, which involves five women plaintiffs who claim various

things against Tim Ballard, many of them of a sexual nature, sexual harassment, sexual

assault even, being alleged against Tim Ballard in these complaints. That first complaint is the

one that originally, I just went through the complaint itself because the five

statements of the women, which were attached to it, were so long. Generally, you can get a better

sense of a lawsuit just by going through the complaint. That was not true in that instance. So what

happened was the first complaint, I read the complaint, not the five added witness

statements. Then there was a second lawsuit filed, which was by a married couple, married at least

as of the time it was filed, though it looks like they're on a rocky road to divorce, which they're

blaming on Tim Ballard. Okay, that one, because the complaint itself mirrored so much the first complaint,
