So I talked probably three times over the last three years about pothole vigilantes.

This is where people in a community fed up with the potholes that local or state governments

aren't getting around to filling or going around as possees filling those potholes.

People meet typically early on a Sunday morning at a designated place and they go out and

patch potholes to great relief to people who don't break a wheel or get a flat tire or

harm their car because of a pothole that hadn't been attended to by local government.

And this is a problem place after place around the country.

So much so that dominoes has smelled an opportunity.
