That's right.

We're used to reviewing businesses but now they're reviewing us.

So I want to talk about the job market for a minute.

Job market is really, really strong compared to what it's been for a good long time and

you may have not heard this but we have something going on right now that may not have ever

happened.

We have exact equilibrium between the number of people out of work and the number of jobs

that are unfilled, one to one.

Usually there are less jobs obviously and there are people looking for jobs but right

now it's right there with as many people wanting work as there are jobs that need you

to fill.

So how does an employer decide?

According to CNBC, one of the factors that can hurt you is a lack of longevity on a job

on your resume.

That when a potential employer is looking at your resume, if they see a job that was

ultra short in tenure, they may eliminate you outright.
