I'm Mary Mechley and welcome to day three of our series this week.

0:12.1

This is a week where you are recharging your meditation ritual.

0:18.6

If you're new to meditation, you are discovering the foundation to setting up your own meditation ritual.

0:27.6

If you are already meditating, you are recharging, revitalizing your meditation ritual.

0:35.8

It's good to do this periodically. I like to do it seasonally because as the seasons change,

0:44.3

we also change. Our life changes. You might take a look around your meditation space and there might

0:50.7

be things in it that come for you. You always want to see these certain items in your space,

0:58.8

but you might take a look around and think about how some of the things in your space no longer

1:58.2

in your meditation space. If you would like the full half hour guided meditation experiences,

2:05.3

you can find those on the Sip and Om meditation app. And this is where you receive a journal with

2:12.0

a daily reflection question on it, as well as a guide with all the techniques at your fingertips.

2:18.9

And you go a little more deeply into this week's series. So this is an important series because

2:27.2

it lays the foundation for your meditation ritual. Now, your fellow meditator, Michael,

2:36.4

from Idaho in the US reached out to me on Sip and Om Instagram. And that's where you can reach out

2:44.7

to me too with a direct message to tell me about your own meditation experiences. Michael says
