The Saharis case is a very unique case because it is an ultimate cold case.

It's one of those cases that investigators like myself rarely get an opportunity to sink our teeth into.

But we do know that the more this case sat in the 90s and the 2000s and nobody really did anything, you know, you get that aura of arrogance and you get that aura of, well, no one's chasing me now, so I'm all done.

So we're really pouring the pressure on and we're really stepping this game up because, you know, quite frankly, you know, this man before he dies, which our client loses a harriest is not in the best of health.

And we believe that he has a right to see his children before he passes. And that's what's kind of got us motivated in our offices.

Ever since that day, their father, Louis Saharis has never stopped searching for them. His search has stretched across the United States, but he's always been a few steps behind them.

This November, it will be 30 years that Christopher and Lisa May have been missing and they may not even know their true identities because they were so young when they were taken.

I get so many requests to cover cases, so it's been a really long time since I picked a story to cover based on my own personal interest.

One day I was on Facebook and I saw a video that was created by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The video featured Lou Zaharious talking about his missing children. When I watched the video, it broke my heart. It still does. It makes me cry every single time I watch it.
