Hey, my friends, welcome back to the morning mindset. I hope it doesn't seem strange that I call you friends.

We actually are more than friends. We're brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ because of our mutual faith in him.

That's what the scripture teaches and that's how I'm going to live. Welcome to the

morning mindset. This is our opportunity to get our minds aligned with the truth of God's word for this

day. Maybe you saw the title for this episode, Christians and Governments. You know, sometimes the

question comes up, how are we as Christians supposed to live under governments that are unfair or

unchristian or any of that? We're going to get part of the answer today in 1st Peter

chapter 2. So stick around for that. But before we do, I want to challenge you to pause this

episode right now and to tell someone about the morning mindset. If you're receiving benefit,

imagine who do you know who could

benefit in the same ways you have? Send them a quick text. Send them an email. Let them know about

consider. Lord, teach us, change attitudes where they need to be changed, liberate us from

false thinking.
