My name is Chris Ann and I am so happy to share sacred space with you today. Before we jump into the meditation, I just wanted to frame it.

Because we are living this collective moment of uncertainty, this collective pause or breath of where are we going next together.

Some of you will see this as a time of collective awakening of systemic shifting and upheaval or as a time to course correct on a global scale.

While you may see this through the lens of our bodies, our health, you may also at the same time see this through the lens of the bias

and the prejudice that has woven its way into our collective shadow.

As we move our way through these incredible times of uncertainty, we have a beautiful opportunity to choose

whether we want to focus in on the uncertainty of it all which of course can feel very ungrounding and unsettling in our bodies

or we can ground our bodies and look at that uncertainty and realize that in the unknown there is an ocean of possibility and potential for positive change, movement and for finding your own action steps.

So with that, we are going to run through a future self-meditation where you will have a moment to ask your future self anything that you want to ask at this time.

Get comfortable and gently close your eyes.

Know that on this journey to uncover future possibilities that you will find clarity and wisdom so that you can build that future with grace and so that which you desire to heal and experience can come to you easily and effortlessly and will be for your highest good.

So take a deep breath in and gently release.

Take another breath in and release.

When we allow ourselves to become still, we awaken new connections, synchronicities and new levels of creative energies that we can then access.

We can turn that which we don't know into that which we seek to understand, we can embody growth and healing and becoming connected.
