Healing with the Rose Meditation

is a really beautiful healing meditative journey.

So if you can just get really really comfortable you can lay down if you want or sit with your

of deep rest mind body spirit slowing down your breath and letting gravity really take

over feeling held by the earth beneath you and just breathing really deeply in the center

of your heart imagine a beautiful rose and just trusting what color and type of rose appears

for you this rose representative of your ancient self your soul taking a deep breath in and

breathing out with your next breath imagine that rose opening pedal by pedal revealing

a light in the middle in a moment as I count down from 5 to 1 we are going to travel through the

portal of this rose towards the light and you'll find yourself standing within your own inner

temple 5 4 3 2 1 take a deep breath in and breathe out finding yourself standing within your

own inner temple this resting place this sacred place and you're met here by a healer guide that

healer guide walks up to you right now and takes your hand you just notice what you notice about

this healer guide if you don't receive anything that's okay

your healer guide now leads you out the door of your inner temple to a sacred healing rose garden

a beautiful sanctuary as you enter this beautiful healing rose garden everything just feels so

alive so tender so supportive and so healing your healer guide leads you to the center of the

garden surrounded by thousands of roses and in the center they lead you to the most beautiful

bed of roses made of soft rose petals and invite you to lay on these rose petals on this healing

bed of rose petals breathe and be open to receive breathe and come home
