From the land of the free and the home of the chiefs, this is the

locked on chiefs podcast. The chiefs are getting some things done right now.

The chiefs were able to get a couple of the signings that were announced quote unquote

I'd get them officially done. We know that there have been some acquisitions in

bringing to Marcus Robinson back that seems to have completed.

We heard about the restructure with Sammy Watkins.

That doesn't require a physical or anything of the sort,

so they're going to be able to get that done

without waiting on outside contact with physicians or anything.

And what we found out Monday is that Anthony Sherman from his home was able to remotely sign his new contract and rejoin the Super Bowl champions and kind of put the band

completely back together again. At this point they are the same roster they were

on the offensive side of the ball saved for one position and one spot.

Now it's not to be over said that Stephen Wiesnuski actually helped this team,

especially down the stretch in the post season in the Super Bowl.

But that's one player and as much as I would like to see him return to give them another option at the guard spot, possibly even the center spot.

That's one position.

They have put the band completely back together again and they are ready to roll on offense. I expect new wrinkles. I expect a couple of new things.

what he brings to the table we're going to talk about that a little bit more in depth here in a few minutes as well as another possibility of somebody they may get back this season that wasn't available last season even though he's still under

contract and so what this is all setting up is the ability for the Kansas City

Chiefs to continue to expand their offense play mechanically in how
