They have to do things much differently

than they've done in years past.

We're going to talk about that today

with Matt Derek from Chief's Digest,

but I wanted to go over a little bit about

Andy Reed and the process you saw the picture I have the audio from his conference I'll

give you some of that tomorrow just wasn't able to clean it up for today because I got a chance to

talk to Matt ahead of schedule and I want to give you guys some background on that but

Andy Reed looks like not only is he doing all of his film work draft prep from his office, from his basement there in Kansas City?

He's reviewing what they did in the past season.

I'm sure he's getting reports constantly from Brett Veitch in the Personal Department about what players might fit into what they want to do this coming season and that's where the focus is.

For Andy Reed, it's about being able to try to maintain as much of a normal schedule as possible.

I think that's important to him.

It's definitely important to the team itself because they have a very unique situation.

They've been doing interviews with prospects over Face Time and a number of different ways.

We've heard about that.

And now we have confirmation that this draft is actually going to be run with Andy at home.

They're not opening the offices.

They're going to have to communicate individually to other teams in Round Robin back and forth and that makes this particular draft cycle very, very difficult to achieve a nice smooth draft process, especially on Night 1, when there's going to be a lot of talk back and forth about
