I got information on not one, but two black woman wine makers that are the first of their

kinds in their regions.

So the first one is Victoria Coleman and it says here that she's the first and only

black woman wine maker in Napa Valley.

This is according to a report from CBS San Francisco Bay area.

It says that she got her start working in atlas peak vineyards as a bit of cultural

student and she went to the University of California Davis and eventually she released

her first vintage wine in 2005 and since then she's built a reputation for herself as

an expert wine maker and oversees wine making at the caves in Soda Canyon which is a joint

production facility and she's also the exclusive red wine maker for low bow wines and the

owner Randy Wolfe had this to say he said of her.
