We're going to do a bit of looking ahead to Chelsea,

it's a bit of looking back at Watford as well, Young Club has just held.

Its pre-Chelse press conference going to have Rebecca Knight on later in the show to tell us a little

bit about what we think we can expect from the opposition, although I'm expecting them to probably

rotate just to live

pool world but Craig first off the sort of the big news item of the day if you if you

want to call it that which club was responding soon as press conference was

neo-critchley moving to Blackpool now it's it's obviously a bit of a shame when when

staff leave the club in this way because obviously it means at the club after then

go out and find replacements and things like it sort of does leave a bit of a whole and

there's obviously debates about whether the criteria will want to take staff that he's worked at the Academy with him to Blackpool as well.

But for me I sort of look at the Academy as being part of this sort of wider business thing full of poor

almost it is a bit of a production line I think

that's as much about the well it's obviously a lot more about the players but

it is about the coaches as well so I sort of think that most people at the

club will look at this as a positive thing that no clubs from outside looking at our academy

looking at our coach and saying they're the ones that we want to have as our managers.

Is the same with any working environment isn't it you want to you want to better

the individuals that are in the business and you know we don't like to think of football as a business but whenever we were
