Super excited for you to meet today's guest, Corinne.

We get to chat with some pretty incredible people on this show.

But Corinne's story is, honestly, it is one for the books.

She is about to graduate high school, which is, I mean, that's a big deal for

anyone. Hell, that was a really big deal for me. But for Corinne, walking across that stage is

truly monumental. A few years back, she was in a pretty gnarly car accident that led to a stroke,

and she basically had to relearn how to speak,

on top of recovering from, you know, a whole host of injuries. So, yeah, finishing high school,

after all that, truly amazing. And a huge part of Corin's recovery journey involved the IWK

Children's Hospital here in Halifax. And that brings

this to something really important that we wanted to share. The IWK Foundation, which is the

main fundraising movement for children's and women's health care in the Maritimes, is gearing up for

its largest annual fundraiser, the IWK Telethon.
