Oh, things are going good. Not too much to report this week. I was on vacation through the last part of last week. Just a little trip with my wife's siblings, so I guess my brothers and

sisters-in-law. Yeah, just to just to hang out, catch up, reconnect.

just kind of doing the whole intuitive eating thing went well, weight was flat, so, you know,
