Chase Bossart is J’s go-to-guy for all things Sanskrit and ancient texts. All right. Hello. Welcome to Yoga Talks podcast. My name is Jay Brown and this is a rare occasion. I am coming to you from a remote location, live from Northampton, Massachusetts at a little secret spot called the birdhouse that my producer Josh has.

a fun experience it was a really big challenge for me you know my plan was risky, was to not plan.

Like normally I would have wanted to prepare like, okay, what am I going to do in each

session and let's keep it really tight and focused and, you know, we're going to be rolling

on film and I don't want to screw up. But I thought, oh man, it's going to be too, too canned if you do that. And that's not

what I would have done normally. Like if I was going to have a workshop, if I was going to go

have a workshop with people, I don't usually plan out what I'm going to do in each session.

I just show up and I see who's there and we go. And I decided that that's what I was going to do.

and just try to as much as possible ignore the aspect of it which was filming a video.
