Cristina Kuhn opened The Yogi Underground last year and invited J to teach some workshops there. They sat down to talk about the process of becoming a teacher and opening a center, all while being a wife and mother of three children. From her experience of being out there in the “big bad yoga world” teaching in gyms to the intricacies and nuances of managing her own local center, Cristina shares her viewpoint and insights. There is also a secret reveal that forms a precursor for another meeting between the two friends.

1:03.9	One funny thing that's been happening with the new listeners is that they don't necessarily listen from the beginning. They don't start at like episode
1:13.2	one and then follow them in sequential order. And I don't know why in my mind, when I do these
1:20.9	intras, I kind of almost assume that whoever is listening to them has already listened to all
1:24.8	the other episodes, but they haven't.
1:33.2	And I know this because sometimes they will, like in earlier episodes, those of you who have been from the beginning, you know, like, I was commenting quite a bit on my own insecurities

1:46.8	what I didn't think was a good about them. And sometimes I was doing that in the intro before we
1:49.9	listened to them, which was a very bad idea. Um, and actually I should give a bit of a shout out.
