0:15.0	I'm releasing myself from all sorts, patriarchy, from capitalism and how that makes us feel
0:23.0	and that we have to buy stuff, we have to look a certain way, mother guilt, overworking,
0:30.0	family baggage that I'm bringing in. I'm bringing in a lot.
0:36.4	Charlotte's career as a singer began when she was 11 years old, but more recently she's
0:40.4	moved away from the bright lights of the music industry to walk down a totally different
0:44.8	path. What hasn't changed though is her personal connection with music. It was so fascinating
0:51.0	having this chat with Charlotte and hearing about how sound was a real part of her healing
0:55.9	process after she suffered a huge loss. Getting outside, connecting with a wilder part of
1:02.3	herself was transformational too. Now she's sharing what she's learned about the healing
1:07.9	nature of both music and nature at her new Welsh retreat, the dreaming. We had this chat
1:14.8	at the end of last year. I was in my very rainy garden studio in London and Charlotte was
1:20.7	at the dreaming, putting the finishing touches to the beautiful house she'll be hosting
1:25.8	people at. Honestly, I felt incredibly calm just looking at her background filled with
1:31.2	cushions and soft candlelight and one of those things called macrame, utterly divine.
