I am simply thrilled to introduce my guest today, Charlie Meaghan.

Yes. Charlie has been an entrepreneur since 2006 when he left his job and finance to go off on his own.

He first tried his hands in real estate and eventually stumbled into billboards. Interesting.

Given our listeners just a little overview, Charlie, so take a minute.

Tell us about you personally because we want to get to know you, then give us an overview of your business.

I'm a huge fan of the show. I've listened to a few hundred of your 500 and however many out episodes.

It's a pleasure to be here. I live in Chicago. Married. I've got two small kids, two-year-old and a 10-month-old.

So that is a ton of fun right now. Keeping us very busy, but we're loving these days.

So it really enjoying that. Professionally, I co-founded a billboard company back in 2009 with my brother and a couple other partners.

We met with a group of people, a couple guys actually who we knew to be big real estate investors.
