Right now we have the FAA, the Air National Guard, and the Coast Guard searching for the plane

of John F. Kennedy Jr. single engine Piper, Saratoga that took off last night after 830.

We are told by sources here at ABC News as well as sources according to the Associated Press

that Kennedy was on board John and Kennedy Jr. along with his wife Carolyn Bissette Kennedy and her sister.

He had achieved some stuff because of his name, because of his inherited wealth,

because he had made a marriage that the press touted as the marriage made in heaven.

And all of that looked very good on the surface. In real life, none of it was true.

He wanted to achieve something and he had done nothing, absolutely nothing. He was 36 years old.

His marriage was a non-marriage, and I'm not sure that he ever pronounced the word divorce, but it was obvious to me that that's what he meant.

But let's acknowledge from the start, when you find somebody murdered, you can find all sorts of evidence

that they were murdered without being able to find any evidence as to why.

So far, we have tracked the most troubling events in John Jr's short life.

Now it's time to look a little closer at the crash that killed him.

To start our investigation and hear facts from some of those that don't believe it was an accident.

He'd been flying for a long time. He was very meticulous pilot, and he always was doing, never took any risks.

So that could not have been a reason for the accident. It could never have been his fault. It must have been something else.

The Pentagon took over. That doesn't make any sense. They announced that there was no flight instructor. That doesn't make any sense.

It took them 15 and a half hours to send any search and rescue ships or boats to the crash area when they knew the area to within three feet.

The instant that it happened, those are all facts.
