At first glance, the timing couldn't have been worse for President Trump.

On the eve of his party's convention, video surfaces showing an African-American man

being shot in the back, seven times by police and Kenosha Wisconsin.

It was a reminder yet again of the police violence often inflicted on minorities, giving

new life to the Black Lives Matter protests that swept the country in the aftermath of the

killing of George Floyd. But then, the protests in Kenosha turned violent themselves.

Buildings and vehicles were burned, Molotov cocktails thrown. On Tuesday night, two people were shot

and killed. And that too was a reminder of the violence that Trump and his party see as a

winning issue that could carry them to victory. We'll discuss the events in Wisconsin with the

Adu News reporter Crystal Hill. And then we'll talk to Matt Schlapp, the chairman of the American

Conservative Union and an advisor to the Trump campaign about what these events mean for the

election and get his take on the Republican convention so far, all that on this episode of Skull Duggery.
