Dave Bossy was Donald Trump's deputy campaign manager in 2016, serving under Steve Bannon

in a race that arguably resulted in the biggest political upset in American history.

Well, he has no formal title this time around, and for a while was briefly banished from

Trump world.

Bossy is still very much back in the president's orbit, providing strategic advice to top

campaign officials while continuing his role as president of Citizens United, the conservative

advocacy group that backs the president to the Hilt.

As the Republican National Convention enters day two, we'll discuss the Trump campaign

strategy with Bossy, and we'll get his take on where the race stands on this episode
