Hi there, it's Kaisanga and welcome to Radio Headspace.

0:17.9

We find ourselves once again at the end of the week on a glorious Friday.

0:25.6

As you know, I've dedicated this week to answering some of the questions that you'll

0:29.4

have sent me. And remember, the advice that I share here is really universal and can be applied

0:36.3

1:42.1

1:46.7

You mentioned feeling your best when you're actually meditating. I can totally relate to this.

1:51.8

What I'm also hearing is that your expectations are running a bit high.

1:57.4

I wish I could talk to you face to face but it sounds like you're expecting the positive

2:02.2

grounding energy from your practice to automatically flow into your everyday life right away.

2:09.6

Or maybe not even right away but on your terms. Unfortunately Kwame, it doesn't work like that.

2:16.8

Change does take time.
