I'm really excited about our guest today, Charity Smith.

She's an advocate for women's business and economic power.

She's done so many things.

I can't even rattle off the bio here to you because there's so much great stuff.

But basically, she serves on so many boards, amplifying women's voice in business to

legislators championing funding opportunities for women to build sustainable and viable

economic power. She's also known as Miss Mogul, which I love, I love that nickname so much. Just utilizing

keynote speaking opportunities, leadership development. We're going to talk all about her experience,

her companies, and again, just such great energy I wanted to have her on. Welcome to the show.

How do you become Miss Mogul?

Let's talk about some humble beginnings or, you know, how did you get into this?

So it's more the evolution of a woman, right?

So the Miss Mogul thing is really about the evolution, not just of the brand, but of the woman.

So I started out, L, as, well, let me go all the way back.

And then again, no, not that far back. I started my life in academia, teaching business concepts to

students, primarily here in the Houston area. And really was passionate about women because my classes were filled primarily with men taking my business management classes.
