Hi guys. This is a little disclaimer before today's episode. I know it's probably going to be juicy,

right? But I just wanted to give this note because I honestly have been really nervous to put an

episode like this out, even though it's a topic I'm so interested in. And that topic is girl,

be frenemy dynamics, anything that's like complicated with two women, whether it be celebrities or in real

life, we're going to talk about all of it. But I just wanted to put a note up top to say that

I am nervous about this episode going out. But I think this is an important topic to talk about.

I feel like every single girl I speak to in real life can acknowledge that there's these complicated

female dynamics. and then the minute

you say something like that, it's like the hammer of feminism comes down and it's like feel bad

for even thinking that something could be off with you and another woman because we're in 2026.

So you have these phrases like girls, girls and a pick me girl going around. And I feel like it

really stunts the conversation.

So I don't know. I just feel like online, the second you admit that complicated female dynamics

exist, especially in the celebrity world, somebody's going to call you a mean girl for noticing.

If you think I'm mean, just go ahead and think it. But I'm so interested in this topic from like a

psychological standpoint, how it happens with us, how it happens with celebrities, how it happens

more in these areas where you only have like a few people in your group and that could be

Hollywood or it could be a reality show. So yeah, I am interested in it and we're going to talk

about it. And if any part of this

episode makes you uncomfortable, I would just maybe sit with it and like think about it for a day

before you tell me to jump off a bridge. Because I think it's a conversation worth having and I'm

just so interested in how these dynamics play out. So without further ado, here's the episode.
