300 episodes. 300 episodes. That's wild. And you know, the funny thing is when you look back,

do you remember when we started? Well, no, we were talking about this the other day.

We, we, we, I forgot that we had started before even reading love and respect. Yeah, like, I started

the beginning of January 2019. So I had like two episodes and then that week I read love and respect.

And then like the next three episodes were on love and respect. And everything blew up from there.

So it's like, yeah, this is this. We actually started before we did our major pivot. And then we did our major

pivot right as the podcast was starting. Yeah, we started as its love honor and vacuum podcast.

Mm-hmm. We changed the name of the podcast before we changed the name of the blog. We did.

And we are now 300 episodes in about 4 million downloads.

Which is amazing.

And counting.

And more if you include YouTube because we get quite a few on YouTube.

And yeah.

And it's just, it's been a wild ride.

And so I thought we have something really special planned for this episode. And this is,
