Or maybe you are a prisoner of your own story and locked away from your own truth because you are constrained by the opinions of others.

Hi everybody and welcome to a quickie edition of Coaches Corner.

Since this weekend in the States we celebrate the 4th of July,

I wanted to talk a little bit about freedom. Freedom is also my

number one core value and that doesn't mean that I don't like commitment or not

responsible or not accountable I actually love all of those things.

Freedom to me means totally free to be me. Freedom of self-expression, freedom of choice,

freedom to know that in any moment,

I really can experience whatever I choose to experience.

So my question for you is, do feel free or are you sentencing yourself with judgment

and restraining yourself from expressing the awesomeness that you are?

One of the things we so want to be free from is our incessant inner critic and that judgment

and those high standards we put on ourselves.

Are you trapped in not enoughness because you're comparing yourself to others?

Or perhaps you're imprisoning yourself by choosing to experience anxiety and suffering by worrying about things that aren't even happening?

Or maybe you're a prisoner of your own story and

locked away from your truth because you feel constrained by the opinions of others. Or perhaps

you just had a major expectation hangover.

Something really challenging happened,

and you can't seem to be free from all the anger, grief, and disappointment.

But I promise you can get there. I mean, wouldn't you rather be free? I invite you to liberate yourself, to be free from judgment.

Stop being so hard on yourself. Seriously, it's not going to get you where you want to go.

You may think being critical will motivate you to be better, but it doesn't.
