I'm excited to be recording the 15th episode of the All Things Fishing podcast this week.

This week, last week I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do.

It was either catfishing basics part three, basics of catfishing bait, or finding a good spot to catfish. But I'm pretty sure next week's going to be catfishing basics part three basics of catfishing bait or finding a good spot to catfish

about finding a spot to catfish so there's a few things you want to look for when you're when you're

you want to fish um I mean like you think you want to fish then this is the spot you're going to go

to uh there's a few things you're going to want to look for um if it's just like a one-day spot

So you can easily cast not much trouble and then also either like a log you could sit on or just a place to set up a chair if you're gonna

if you're gonna be spending a lot of time there so that's one of the thing that

doesn't matter as much it's just really comfort and ease of use but if you're

gonna be using it a while it might be something to look for next up is looking to

see if there are like submerged, if there's submerged timber or

like old logs on the bottom because especially flathead catfish, like especially with flatheads,

they like to hang out around those along the bottom.
