Hello lovely listeners, I am your host Heather and as always I am so very happy to be here with you today we have a very special episode.

And then again in episode 548 which was the second coaching call we did and then we did an update with her in January which was episode 569.

Today's episode was recorded in March and so basically it has been four months since we did the last catch up call.

This is a really good episode. It to me really magnifies the benefit of putting your weight loss on pause focusing on working on your binge eating if that's what you're struggling with and getting a handle on it because since we had that call four months ago.

Carolina has been able to now lose weight. She's really done well with her binge eating I think in this discussion she says she's only had one binge since our last call.

So a huge huge improvement for her but she had to be willing to take that five months during our coaching off from the focus of weight loss and that can be very difficult for your lower brain to contend with.
