We all know you from Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, but tell us about your background

and how you came to be on that show in the first place.

Well, it was kind of just, it was kind of a happy accident and something I had never

planned on, but I was working for Ralph Lauren, and I've always loved clothes and fashion

and horses and that whole world.

When I had moved to New York City, I originally started working for the U.S.

Equestrian Federation, which at that time was called the American Horse Shows Association.

And after doing that for a couple of years, I was like, hmm, I would love to buy some shoes.

But I can't really do that with a nonprofit job.

So I look for a job that maybe paid a little more in New York City.
