I come from an emotionally and physically abusive family and was the oldest of all my siblings.

My father was a very abusive alcoholic for a long time and in many cases I took the abuse to save,

I took the abuse to save my siblings and my mother from receiving it.

I was so traumatized and I carried that in many unhealthy and emotionally bad behaviors to my wife.
