In this podcast, Dr. Berg discussed the carnivore diet and how it conflicts with the recommended 7 to 10 cups of vegetables. If you have bloating, constipation, SIBO, or any kind of digestive problems, you definitely don’t want to do a lot of vegetables. One of the benefits of carnivore diet is lowers insulin that could improve a lot of conditions. Vegetable has Phytic Acid or IP6 is an anti-nutrient but it also have a very powerful anti-cancer properties. Doing the carnivore diet will improve insulin sensitivity which is going to increase the absorption of all nutrients.
