Summary

I was getting sick of people throwing shade at the carnivore diet with misrepresentations of the facts so I wanted to fight back with an episode in which I answered each and every one of these criticisms in detail. My buddy Nathan joined me for this one and we dug into it with reckless abandon. What is up you guys? Another week is upon us. This one I am stoked about. This episode

basically got recorded on this for the moment. I got so excited about this episode when I was

sent a few articles and I thought, oh, this would be such a good idea for an episode. So,

somebody sent me an article from Chris Cresser's website talking about the carnivore diet

and somebody sent me a couple of articles from self-hacked.com. In fact, Ben Greenfield sent me an

article from self-hacked.com as well. I went through these articles and I thought, you know what?

These articles actually represent the carnivore diet reasonably well and then they talk about

concerns regarding nutrient deficiency and of course the concerns with fiber and polyphenols.

I thought, let me just do an episode where I go through each of these articles in the tail

and basically respond to their criticisms because it's kind of frustrating when people

write articles and they don't actually get the chance to respond to them. So, that's what I did.

Sat down with my buddy Nathan who was a friend of mine, a researcher with me. We've done a lot
