Summary

Carla Hall was always a creative, but before competing on Top Chef, authoring cookbooks, and starring on The Chew, she was auditing at a big accounting firm and pursuing modeling in Europe. When she returned home from Europe—where she'd also taken up cooking—she stumbled into her own lunch delivery service that parlayed itself into catering, culinary school, and her rise to foodie fame. 1:14.6	So what did you study in school and what did you think you were going to be when you grew

1:19.9	In high school, I thought I was going to be an actress.
1:27.0	From 12 to 17, I did theater.
1:29.9	I did children's theater.
1:32.1	I did plays at school and that's what I thought I was going to do.
1:37.0	And then when you went to college?
1:39.8	Because I did not get into Boston University's conservatory, I decided to go to Harvard University
