Since his mother's death, Carl has proclaimed a mission of safety awareness in his mother's name.

Carl is a licensed life and health agent appointed with Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where he's worked for 17 years.

Carl and his wife, Kim, have three children in live in Sherwood.

today to discuss the topic of realtor safety and help agents with practical tips to avoid

But, Carl, first of all, I want to thank you for doing this interview.

This is a topic that we've talked about since that tragic incident with your mom.

We've brought it up many times, and we've done a lot of radio shows focusing on this.

And I have to say from our perspective, and I imagine from your perspective, it's a little

frustrating that more people aren't really tuning into some of the risks that agents take on a

routine basis.
