and bring all of your questions. Now my friend, as I've been away most recently in Australia for three weeks, I've been doing

a lot of reading and I've connected with a book that I really love called Awareness by Anthony D'Mello.

It is a very powerful book.

You almost have to be ready for it because it's very confronting, because you take complete responsibility for your own

happiness in this book and as I'm reading it I realize that there are these

different stories in the book that I want to share with you so I'm going to kick

off today with one of my favorite

ones because it gives you such context when it comes to what you're striving for and what

it is that you most want to allow into your life. It's under the chapter how happiness happens and I'm

going to read it for you right here. When the Archer shoots for no particular prize, he has all his skills.

When he shoots to win a brass buckle, he is already nervous.

When he shoots for a gold prize, he goes blind. He sees two targets and is out of his mind. His skill has not changed, but the

prize divides him. He cares. He thinks more of winning than of shooting and the need to win drains him of power. Isn't that an image

of what most people are?
