Do you consider yourself to be an optimist or perhaps more of a pessimist?

What I've learned is that very few people identify with being a pessimist, but look it comes up and sometimes in life especially when we go through

challenges different seasons even just experiencing a low mood but has what can feel like a bit of an extended time frame on it, we can all

lean into this pessimistic part of ourselves.

And that's okay, right?
